     Creative Descriptions—My listings are standouts, both in the MLS and online, with custom
property descriptions and enhanced photo coverage. My carefully filmed virtual tour is one
of the most effective online marketing tools.
     Signage is an important element of my marketing program. Individual properties feature my
signage roadside and, where appropriate, lakefront.


     I focus on the three primary factors of interest to buyers: condition, location, and price.
I encourage my client sellers to view their property through a buyer’s eyes and address the
two manageable variables - price and condition. With my expert help, sellers are able to
